Sassy Studio Designs is our sponsor for this challenge and they provided us with 2 images to use. This sketch was a step outside my box in a big way. I have never made a card where I used a digi stamp or colored on a card myself. I even e-mailed Annie and said I can't do it but Amber was saying yes you can. Don't you dare give up. Well I took that step. The digi stamp was fun to work with and you can make as many copies as you want to practice on. (thankfully)...I haven't gotten any copics yet so I tried out every kind of marker and my favorite was simply a colored pencil. It might not look like it but I put in at least 40 hrs of hard labor on this little gem. It was fun. I have learned that one never gets too old to learn something new.
Sassy Studio will be providing the randomly drawn winner of SG12, 4 images of their choice. So good luck guys. I look forward to seeing all your cards. Tell your blogging buddies about

Bonnie, love the colors on this and great sentiment! Nice job on the sketch :o)
I am so proud of you! It's hard to step out of our comfort zone but you did and you succeeded! Your card is wonderful!
Congrats on stepping outside your comfort zone. You did a great job!
Such a sweet card...and you have grown so much as a crafter.
Yay, Bonie! Great job stepping out of that comfort zone :o) I love how you tilted the focal image! Great card!!
Great job! I am so impressed. Now that you have used your first digi I am sure it will not be your last. I love the ability to resize and flip digis. I do not own Copics either, so I used my ink pads and a watercolor brush.
Congrats on stepping outside your comfort zone, you did a great job! I hadn't colored a digi image before either but I too think it was quite fun and I'm excited that we will have opportunities to do it again.
Love that you tilted the image...great idea.
Great card Bonnie! Love everything about it and I think you did an awesome job on the coloring!
